What is the Chevrolet Good Deeds Cup?

A challenge for minor hockey teams to take the values they learn on the ice – determination, leadership, teamwork – and use them to support their communities off the ice.

Who is eligible to win the Good Deeds Cup?

Any Canadian U-11, U-12, U-13, U14 or U-15 minor hockey team that is registered under Hockey Canada as of January 18, 2024.

Who can participate in the Good Deeds Cup Challenge?

Any Canadian over 13 within your community could help bring your team to the top of the Leaderboard.

What counts as a Good Deed?

A deed is good when it’s beneficial to someone or something other than yourself, your team or any excluded parties.

Who is eligible to win a team kit?

Just be one of the first 150 teams tagged in a submitted Good Deed, and an exclusive Chevrolet Good Deeds Cup Team Kit will be yours!

 

A Team kit is a care package filled with enough exclusive Chevrolet Good Deeds Cup SWAG for every player on the team! It includes toques, towels, stick tape, and stickers, plus some words of encouragement from the Season 7 winners, the Cornwall Typhoons.

How do I submit my Good Deed?

Submitting a Good Deed is easy. Just follow these steps:

    a. Record your Good Deed

    b. Post it on Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, X, or YouTube using #GoodDeedsCup and #Contest

 

Be sure to tag @ChevroletCanada and your team’s name to make sure your entry gets counted!

How many Good Deeds does my team need to do?

This year, the more Good Deeds you do, the more points you can score for your team. The team with the highest number of points by the end of the contest, could win the Cup and 100K for a registered Canadian charity!

When is the last day to submit a video of a Good Deed?

All Good Deeds must be submitted by 11:59:59 PM ET on March 3rd, 2024.

How are the Good Deeds Cup Champions determined?

Every eligible good deed scores your team 1 point.

What do the Champions receive?

The prizing for the Good Deeds Cup Champions consists of $100K to the registered Canadian charity of the team’s choice.

Where can I submit my good deeds?

You can post your Good Deeds as photos, reels or videos on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X.

What are the weekly prizes?

Water Bottles, Skate Guards, Touques, Hockey Tape, Mini Sticks and Travel Mugs.
